DAMA is a new style vegan brand in Hong Kong that wants to break the inherent image of the vegan diet. They combine delicacy, fashion, and art to promote the vegan lifestyle. DAMA vegan ice cream uses natural ingredients without any dairy products nor preservatives. Hence, it satisfies the sweet tooth of a wider population than traditional dairy ice creams, be it kids, pregnant women, people with lactose intolerance, or just ice cream maniacs! Since DAMA’s vegan soft serve has gained high popularity, they decided to launch the new brand Vegan Ice Cream, allowing people to take their delicious ice cream back home to enjoy!
Design Solution
VincDesign sparked up the old-fashioned packaging of ice cream and coalesced the ordinary with the peculiarity and quirkiness of DAMA to match its brand identity. The pure white shade of the core ingredient plant-based milk was creatively instilled into the bodies of the ice cream’s raw ingredients, creating and expressing a unique visual impact. The packaging’s blend of traditionality and creativity perfectly reflected the innovative production of DAMA’s vegan ice cream, speaking for the trial-and-error Dama undertook to invent the imaginative flavors from all the vegan ingredients.
DAMA’s Vegan Ice Cream is more than a cup of ordinary ice cream. It is a piece of art concentrated with innovation and taste. We hope to draw people’s attention to vegan food with this extraordinary packaging design and highlight DAMA’s core brand message: Natural, Healthy, and Innovative.
